I would prefer to work alone in order to focus and compile all the information but if you are a visual learner and want to follow me that is perfectly fine. It will take longer to inspect, as I find we end up talking a lot about what we are seeing. If you just come for a review, I will take as much time as possible at the end of the inspection to review the findings with you. You can’t be there for the inspection? Not a problem I’m happy to go over the findings over he Phone/Zoom.

I do NOT inspect pools, spas, septic systems, or wells. These are all VERY specialized system that will most likely require some amount of maintenance or repair. A specific trade contractor will have more knowledge and be able to give you pricing that I cannot.
